Chinese New Year 2019 Celebration Event

EVENT DESCRIPTION
On February 28th, the Consulate General in Mumbai hosted the 2019 Mumbai New Year Reception at the National Performing Arts Center (NCPA) in Mumbai. Mr.Tang Guocai, Consul General and Mr. Sumit Mullick, former Chief Secretary and Chief Information Officer of Maharashtra State Government, delivered speeches. Mr.Sudheendra Kulkarni, former President of ORF(Mumbai), Mr. Rajgopal Deora, Principal Secretary of Department of Finance, Maharashtra State Government, as well as guests from political, business, academic, artistic and other nation’s consuls in Mumbai, representatives of Chinese-funded enterprises, and overseas Chinese, a crowd of about 500 guests attended the event. Ms.Wang Yanhua, the Deputy Consul General, Mr.Wang Shicai, Commercial Counselor and other members of the Consulate participated in.
